Booking Process

Step 1: Get in touch! Simply fill out the contact form on the ‘contact’ page or message me on one of my social media pages.

Step 2: We can have a relaxed chat via email or messages to discuss your pet and session ideas (e.g. background colour options).

Step 3: The photoshoot day! Arrive at the studio with your pet and we’ll have a fun time! After the session your images will be professionally edited before your viewing session.

Step 4: Viewing and ordering session - the exciting part! Pop back to our studio, sit back with a coffee and watch a slideshow of your final images. We can talk through our product range, and purchase your chosen artwork!

Step 5: Products will be ready to collect from the studio a few weeks after your viewing and ordering session (or delivered directly to you for a small additional cost). All artwork will be handmade by our printing partners, and I personally inspect each piece before collection to make sure they show off your photos perfectly.

FAQ

  • Absolutely! This is why sessions are up to 2 hours, to allow plenty of time for the pet to get comfortable with their surroundings at their own pace before any photographing takes place!

  • You’re more than welcome to bring some of your pet’s favourite snacks, especially if they’re a little fussy, but we also have plenty of snacks at the studio! Feel free to also bring any favourite toys or props you may like included in the photos.

  • Yes, there is plenty of free parking just outside the studio.

  • Of course! Accidents happen, and that’s ok! We photograph many puppies and we never expect them to have perfected this yet. Puppy pads can be available at the studio if needed!

  • We understand not every dog is going to be a perfectly trained model! Commands like ‘sit’ or ‘stay’ can be very useful, but certainly not essential.

  • That’s totally up to you! Some people love the freshly groomed look, while others prefer to wait a while after grooming for a more natural look. However, if you have a particularly fluffy breed I would recommend having fur trimmed around the eyes to really make them pop, it helps show off their character!

  • This is the fun part! Your fully edited images will be revealed on a big screen, and you can view samples of each piece of artwork on offer, so you can really visualise the sizes and feel the materials. We can discuss any ideas you may have and decide on the best fit!

  • The studio is on the ground floor with its own private entrance and ramp outside for wheelchair access. If you have any concerns feel free to pop me an email beforehand!
